A very beautiful and natural koi pond with awesome waterfalls created by Joshua Rickards.

Finished waterfall and koi pond all plants and rocks are finally DONE. Equpment used is talked about and explained some.

We made this pond the summer of 2008. Mostly hand dug, it holds 1300 gallons. 3 ft at the deepest. We picked up most of the rocks out of nearby farmlands and creeks. The rest are rocks I have collected over the years. After several tries, finally was happy with the waterfall. Added some feeder goldfish and a few generic koi, frogs showed up on their own. Now, we can sit back and enjoy our accomplishments. Well, until I think of something else I want to add. Always a work in progress. Enjoy !!!…
