   Ye it was too shallow in this video. Since then I have dug it out to over 5 ft deep

   pond is a little shallow. birds can jump in and eat your fish.. the net is a good idea to keep them off…

   the die makes the water darker and birds such as a crane cant see into the water its actually made for fish ponds and is usually a blue to a dark teal

    if you die the water it will get rid of the bird problem and put like a fake iguana (not like ugly looking fke one) next to it thats what i did that crane never came back

    Good to hear it mate. Since this video I have dug my pond deeper, its now around 5 foot+ deep.

    people say you have to have a massive pond and a really deep one but mines 3foot and about 4.5×4.5foot and ive had my koi for 15 years now
